Opened in 2003, the Senior Circle of Friends Adult Day Center serves those 50 and over who can no longer remain at home alone. We provide supervised care in a home-like setting with planned daily activities that are structured and mentally stimulating.

How We Help Participants

  • Supervised care in a home-like setting

  • Activities to encourage and maintain age-appropriate social interaction

  • Activities to promote/maintain physical, cognitive and social health

  • Activities to maintain basic grooming, hygiene, and activities of daily living

  • Medication reminders

  • Nutritional snacks and balanced meals

  • Health Screenings

  • Quiet times and rest periods

  • Music, arts and crafts

  • Games and hobbies

  • Inter-generational activities

  • Non-denominational religious service

  • Pet Therapy

  • Participant choice activities onsite or within the Clarksville Senior Center.

  • Family and friends may visit for lunch and special events

The Senior Circle of Friends is that place.

Who’s Eligible?

We offer programs created to help all Senior Adults who are unable to remain home alone due to, but not limited to:

  • Early-onset Alzheimer’s disease

  • Gradual or continuing cognitive decline

  • Stroke recovery

  • Recovery of minor injury or surgery

  • Visual impairment

  • Frail adults simply in need of supervision or moderate assistance during the day

Adult Day Services are provided on a sliding-fee scale based on income, assets, and expenses.

We are licensed to provide supervision for up to 25 participants per day.
